With multiple street-level entrances and a custom mosaic inlay as an homage to its history as a spice blending factory—once known as "Superior Ingredients"—The Room at 74Wythe is its premier split-level, high-ceiling event and performance space. By subtly highlighting its industrial warehouse architecture from the late 1920s, all decor elements are authentic to the year in which it was built, featuring an Art Deco design with a contemporary twist.
Jbird Cocktails:
Concealed behind a painted blue door on North 12th Street—the only indication of its main entrance—a secret brick tunnel leads into Jbird Cocktails, our most opulent yet unexpected event space within 74Wythe.
Whether rented independently or as part of a larger venue buyout, guests will uncover an Art Deco, horseshoe-shaped bar adorned with both a 16-foot backbar and a custom ice-shaped glass chandelier—the centerpiece of Jbird Cocktails. True to its name with crane wall coverings and sofas upholstered with bird-patterned fabric, the 2,300-square-foot space can hold up to 80 standing or 60 seated guests; it also lends itself to numerous smaller seating configurations.
