FormDecor Furniture Rental's new Custom Acquisition Program offers a new approach to event furniture rental. The program was inspired by the realization that there was a growing need within the event industry for tailor-made furniture. With experiential marketing on the rise and highly thematic special events becoming more prevalent, there was a specific demand for furniture designs that fit clients’ exact specifications, rather than a broad need.

How Does It Work?

It all starts with a design request. The depth and breadth of requests can be as simple as renting what's currently in inventory or requiring a customized approach, wherein FormDecor’s design consultants work to bring clients’ visions to life.
Based on the design request, FormDecor globally sources all materials to envision the client request as quickly as possible. Once materials are in place, a design board is shared with the client to help fully envision the event.
After designs are agreed upon, FormDecor initiates production in proprietary factories to ensure quality of product and efficient delivery. Depending on the complexity of the design and the amount of units ordered, it often takes five to eight weeks for the custom furniture to arrive. FormDecor then provides delivery within Southern California and ships nationwide through trusted carriers.
