Within the Columbus Circle complex that houses shops, restaurants, Jazz at Lincoln Center, and the Mandarin Oriental is 10 on the Park at Time Warner Center, a conference and event venue now being offered to corporate and nonprofit planners. Overlooking Central Park and the surrounding area, the site has five sections, including some suited for seated dinners and large presentations.
The largest and most flexible space is the Columbus Room. Measuring 3,950 square feet—with 20-foot ceilings—this section can accommodate a number of setups, including 262 seated banquet-style, 287 seated theater-style, 150 seated classroom-style, or 300 for receptions. Audiovisual equipment in this room is integrated into the decor and hidden in the ceiling.
Another versatile part of 10 on the Park is Tower East West, a 1,850-square-foot room that can be divided in two using a soundproof wall. Meetings for smaller groups can use the Hudson, City, and Circle rooms. The Hudson holds 32 for conferences, while the City and the Circle have capacities of 26 and 19, respectively. There are also hallways and lounges suitable for breakout sessions.
A full set of conference, presentation, and meeting equipment is available on site and Restaurant Associates handles the catering.
