Dinner cruises on the Hudson River just got a boost with the launch of Henry, the revamped culinary program from World
Yacht. The company has renovated two of its luxury vessels and called on Marcus Samuelsson and Hakan Swahn of Aquavit, Riingo, and the Townhouse Restaurant Group to overhaul the menu. The cruise is a three-hour trip, and the new menu focuses on Northeastern regional cuisine, including foodstuff from the Hudson River Valley. —Mark Mavrigian
