Carmine's simple and popular concept is to serve every meal in the style of an Italian-American wedding feast with large portions designed for sharing. Located in the Quarter at the Tropicana Hotel, the restaurant offers a private room that can accommodate as many as 350 guests as well as smaller semi-private dining alcoves for ​​​​groups of any size. Carmine’s has long been a great gathering place of celebration for corporate and social events.
