Whether it’s a corporate off-site or celebration with family and friends, the TeamBuilder experience blends palates and personalities to perfection. Under the skillful guidance of their professional chef advisors, each group is divided into small teams who prepare a first course, an entrée or a dessert. As the food comes out of the oven, everyone settles back into the dining area to relax and enjoy the feast.rnCooking by the Book's loft also offers comfortable meeting space in a casual setting for up to 25, classroom-style. The 46-inch LCD monitor is PowerPoint-ready. A New York-style breakfast and a light buffet lunch may also be served.
