Bite Catering will start your guests off with one of its delicious and inventive platters. Perhaps it is the Mediterranean, filled with large chunks of Macedonian feta, hot peppers, sun-dried-tomato-wrapped mozzarella cheese, fresh colossal olives, and three delicious homemade dips, served with an overflowing bread and focaccia basket. As more guests arrive, Bite’s professional waitstaff will begin serving their main “bites,” which could range from soy ginger marinated tuna tartare resting on oversize potato chips to lobster and goat cheese guacamole quesadillas. Dessert is never to be forgotten and may include anything from molten lava cakes in sip cups to crunchy mango spring rolls drizzled with melted white chocolate.
