Long Island K-9 Service, a subsidiary of Long Island Security Consultants, offers the only federally licensed K-9 specialists when it comes to explosive and narcotic detection, personal protection, and estate/special event security. Its armed security personnel and K-9 teams are the finest in the country. Long Island K-9 is licensed by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) to possess narcotics and the state of New York to possess high explosives, which provides for authentic situation K-9 training. It is the largest such licensed K-9 facility in New York state. Long Island K-9 has accrued over 32 years of canine experience, and has over 17 years of active law enforcement background. Our staff is entirely comprised of experienced law enforcement and military K-9 personnel. We can deploy up to 10 K-9 teams at any given time. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are situated on a two-and-a-half acre training facility in Manorville, Long Island.
