The former boiler room of a Williamsburg textile factory, MyMoon is now a vibrant example of the neighborhood’s continuous transformation. Executive chef Ivan Vilches, an El Bulli protégé, expresses his unique take on classic Mediterranean cuisine and creates food as artistic as Williamsburg itself.
