OLD: Executive chef Kevin Hickey and Rockit Ranch have taken over the old Dragon Ranch Moonshine & BBQ spot in River North. They plan to open their Bottlefork operation in February 2014. The new place will provide an intimate interior with lots of mahogany and rosewood, and a bar of 40 feet. Grilled fare and ethnic dishes with much of it made from locally-sourced ingredients will be on the menu complemented by a beverage program which will include brandy made by the house and draft pinot noir.
