Broad Street Ballroom

This 5,700-square-foot space is in a landmark building at 41 Broad Street, in Manhattan’s financial district. The venue received an award from the National Historic Preservation Society for the restoration to its original state after years of disrepair. This was the headquarters of Bank of America’s international operations, and it comes with 30-foot-tall mosaic pillars and a 225-foot hand-painted mural wrapping around the room (both dating from the 1920s). The space also boasts a Broadway-quality AV system and a fully collapsible 32- by 16-foot stage.
