Midtown Loft and Terrace is an event space located in an upscale doorman building on Manhattan’s prestigious Fifth Avenue. With high ceilings, natural sunlight, windows on four sides and a Terrace with gorgeous city views, it is a superb venue for trade shows, fundraisers, fashion shows, holiday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens, weddings and much more. Both the Loft & Terrace includes a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge furniture, wifi, a charging station, a Sonos sound system, an illuminated bar, a coat check area, and an advanced cooling/heating system that consists of ductless multi-split european wall units, all available for your convenience. To enhance the ambiance, our in-house production company, “Midtown Loft Productions,” carries TV screens, up-lights, ceiling draping and chandeliers, as well as illuminated high-top tables. In addition, we are proud to announce our new retractable rooftop on the Terrace that can be utilized for outdoor events year round, providing full enclosure for any occasion. Along with this, we have a dedicated modern lobby, and newly designed private elevator opening out onto the Terrace.
