MOFAD's new exhibit, Chow: Making the Chinese American Restaurant, opened November 2016. The exhibition brings new enhancements to private events such as a 1,500-pound fortune cookie machine featuring custom fortunes, an induction station available for live demonstrations, and a 7,250 sq ft. take-out box wall, which is great for photos or a backdrop for your bar.
Memorable Moment
Creating a museum from scratch is hard stuff. Seeing two successful exhibits come together with the support of some great New York City chefs and the larger food community has made this an incredible journey for us.
