OLD: Embeya opened in the West Loop in 2012. Modeled after a high-end resort, the 7,000-square-foot space has light fixtures inspired by sea urchins and a cloudlike sculpture made of resin flowers. A private dining room, decorated with paintings of elephants, holds 62.
