OLD: Inside the Hotel on Rivington, Alan Philips of the Guerilla Culinary Brigade opened Co-Op Food & Drink, a modern American brasserie and sushi bar, in May 2011, replacing Thor. The restaurant serves fare from executive chef John Keller, who previously worked in the kitchens of Le Bernardin and Nobu, and Sushi of Gari alum chef Stephen Wong, in a space designed by event and interior designer DeVinn Bruce of H. DeVinn Visual.
