OLD: In January 2014, chef duo Shaun Doty and Lance Gummere opened their third restaurant, a casual chicken concept in Midtown. The name, Bantam & Biddy, refers to two poultry breed sizes, and the southern-style menu consists of pastured poultry and seasonal, organic vegetables. The 2,000-square-foot restaurant seats 75 guests inside and has an awning-covered patio with outdoor seating.
