About Events with Pacific Standard Time
Pacific Standard Time is the first restaurant from newly formed Underscore Hospitality, a restaurant group founded by Chef Erling Wu-Bower and his business partner, Joshua Tilden. PST is a market-obsessed, hearth-driven restaurant inspired by the ingredients and diverse flavors of coastal California. The restaurant is centered around two wood-burning hearth ovens, which anchor PST's menu and design. On the menu, which changes daily, are wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads, roasted fish and vegetable dishes as well as ingredient-driven desserts.
PST was created in partnership with One Off Hospitality's Paul Kahan, Donnie Madia Gianfrancisco and Terry Alexander. One Off and Underscore act as operational partners, with One Off serving as an incubator to Pacific Standard Time, providing access to vital infrastructure, expertise and mentorship, while allowing Underscore to develop and execute a collaborative, creative vision for the restaurant.
