founder and culinary legend jonathan waxman's latest creation is typical waxman. housed in the rustic, historic old sears distribution center- turned ponce city market, brezza feels right at home. 90 year-old wood floors, oversized structural columns and monolithic metal frames help build the backdrop to jonathan's delicious version of italian cuisine meets californian chef. the menu boasts waxman's strong italian and new american influences while incorporating exciting bold and southern flavors. simply roasted fish, chicken and pizzas set the table for affordable and signature waxman staples: famed gnocchi, jw chicken and kale salad. brezza has a fantastic bar and lounge that seats 45 and a dining room that faces an open kitchen. the dining room can accommodate 150 guests. brezza cucina makes a perfect spot for a corporate event or a celebration of any kind.
