El Original TXMX taps into a historical and nostalgic cuisine, from the Vaqueros and Cowboys of early Texas cattle drives sharing food by the campfire to the communal tables of businessman and women; over the past couple of centuries, it has forever remained a close comfort of Texans and non-Texans alike, from Tejas to NYC, and Paris to Hong Kong.
