OLD: In 2011, the Whitney Museum of American Art opened a new café as part of a partnership with Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and its catering arm. Meyer’s operation, dubbed Untitled, replaces the Sarabeth’s outpost on the arts institution’s lower level. Executive chef Chris Bradley, formerly executive sous chef of Gramercy Tavern, heads the kitchen of this eatery, offering seasonal, locally sourced market fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
