Top of the Garden Event Space is located on the 16th floor of the historic Rehearsal & Recording Arts Building, 251 West 30th St., and one block south of Penn Station overlooking Madison Square Garden. - Top of the Garden Event Space – one of Manhattan’s hidden and exclusive venues featuring a 3,000 sq ft sun-drenched loft space complimented by a 1,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with dramatic views of Manhattan. Top of the Garden Event Space can accommodate up to a 150 person cocktail reception or an 80 guest seated dinner with dancing.
