Viper Alley, a concert venue, restaurant, and bowling alley, opened in Lincolnshire earlier this month. Live performances take place on a stage on the second level, and robotic cameras display concert footage on 14 large monitors throughout the venue.
The on-site restaurant, Reverb Kitchen, can hold private dinners for 60 to 100 guests. The menu offers pizzas, stromboli, and shareable plates such as the Gutterball meatballs and Waygu beef sliders. Specialty cocktails include the "Viperdesiac," which mixes citrus vodka with St. Germain and Aperol liqueurs, lemons, and oranges.
A private dining room can host dinners for 10 to 70 guests. With six lanes and cocktail service, the bowling lounge can hold events for 25 to 60. Also available for buyout, the entire space can host functions for 500.
