On Wednesday, April 23, more than 1,500 event professionals gathered at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center for BizBash Live: The Expo South Florida. The one-day event featured hands-on morning workshops with industry experts, insightful presentations from some of the biggest names in events during the Event Innovation Forum, and so much more—including the anticipated premiere of the New Product Showcase, which debuted must-see industry products. Each of the innovative products captured the attention of attendees, demonstrating new and essential components for their events.

Air Esscentials unveiled its latest HVAC system, the AE 3000, complete with wall-mounted or portable capabilities, a custom programmable timer, and built-in battery backup.
Swarmworks, a company specializing in audience participation at large events, brought customizable games designed to involved every attendee and showcased how to engage groups even within a sports stadium or open-air setting. Epic Events & Staffing Group highlighted its team of highly qualified professionals available for events that come complete with expertise and customized outfits. Emagination Creative Group presented Light Up the Night, which showcased its new robot character that roamed the trade show floor, engaging attendees for photo ops.
Choice Gifts for Events introduced its cutting-edge gift-giving service that provides events with a gift-of-choice option from a variety of top brands. Mobile Events premiered a product that allows you to stream live video anywhere around the world and provides the user the opportunity to share moments with family and guests at events. Sun Life Stadium gave attendees an inside, first-hand look at the benefits of its Luxurious Club Level and showed how hospitality and luxury lead to higher feedback rates at events.
AFR Event Furnishings turned the spotlight onto its latest design, the Butterfly Table. The unique table made from organic natural wood focuses on the irregularities within the material, which is its primary design feature. Erin Una of Art Entertainment presented her latest technology, digital portrait sketching, which allows the portrait sketched by Una to simultaneously be displayed on an HD screen to each guest. Sweetique showcased its portable and customizable candy dispensaries that can be branded with personal and corporate messages for both small and large events.
