Cooking Classes for Busy Professionals

Through her personal chef service, Chef Around Town, owner Julia Grimaldi prepares meals for clients and also offers cooking classes for corporate groups. Grimaldi, who has a masters degree in gastronomy from Boston University and worked for Gourmet Caterers, launched the business in 2007. Her classes can accommodate as many as 15 and generally focus on seasonal ingredients and time-saving, healthy recipes for busy people who don't have a lot of time to cook. Sessions are typically held in a private residence or corporate kitchen. Prices range from $25 to $50 per person, plus food costs.
