Candyality, as the name suggests, is a candy store, and the location on the seventh floor of Water Tower Place that opened quietly this spring is available for private events and meetings. The whimsically decorated, 6,000-square-foot space includes the Life Is Sweet Museum, which displays artsy pieces constructed out of sweets and candy wrappers.
For events or meetings, the shop has the capacity for 300-person receptions; the museum, which can be rented separately, seats 30 or holds 150 standing. Although there is no audiovisual equipment available on-site, Candyality does provide chairs and tables. Additionally, attendees can fill a bag with sweets and have "candy specialists" analyze what their choices reveal about their personality.
Candyality can also host meeting breaks for groups in nearby hotels or provide sweet tables for off-site events.
