The first-floor atrium serves as the entrance to the building and can accommodate 250 guests for a cocktail party. The soaring, six-story space has an 80-foot window wall to the east that is made of glass with no iron content, making it virtually invisible when lit from within, whether by natural light during the day or by the roomβs 44 multidirectional colored lights at night. The atrium includes an LED-lit glass bar with a blue-tinted titanium canopy, baby blue banquettes, and a 6.5- by 17-foot plasma wall.
On the outside of the building and next to the glass-front entrance is a 7,000-square-foot projection wall available for presentations and entertainment. The outdoor space is part of the Miami Beach Soundscape, a new park developed in conjunction with the performance hall that can accommodate 1,000 people.
The SunTrust Pavilion is a 2,400-square-foot multipurpose room next to the atrium on the ground floor that can seat 175 or accommodate 250 for a reception. For outdoor events, the sixth-floor rooftop terrace is an 8,000-square-foot area that can host private events for 250 people and offers ocean, city, and bay views. Accessible via two high-speed elevators, the terrace includes a pavilion reception area, a music library, and a private suite, all surrounded by a garden.
The building also has some 30 smaller multipurpose rooms, each with built-in screens, audio, and high-definition video recording capabilities.
