Combining decor and dessert into an edible centerpiece is one way to cut corners at holiday parties with tightened budgets. Gourmet Bouquet Inc.'s mixed fruit bouquets are a colorful two-in-one option. Fresh honeydew, cantaloupe, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, grapes and orange slices are arranged in reusable clay pots for guests to admire and munch on. Bouquets are created and hand-delivered the day of an event to ensure freshness.
