Soho Studios opened its doors for the second year in a row to Miami Fashion Week's five-day celebration. Upon arrival, guests walked down a red carpet lined with cars from Cadillac, the official automobile sponsor of the event. Inside the space, display areas showcased everything from handmade jewelry to contemporary art pieces by designers from around the world. In addition, contemporary white lounge areas created by Room Service Furniture and Event Rentals gave guests an opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening.
The Event Firm warmed the industrial-esque space with a variety of creative floral arrangements, some created by piecing colorful flowers together to resemble the human body. Tropical plants also dotted the studios. On April 11, the Mocali showcase, which featured designers from Castilla y León, Spain, treated guests to an assortment of Spanish wines, which were specifically paired, based on varietal and body, to the textures and fabrics of the clothing modeled. Caterwaiters also served prosciutto, cheese, and crackers. This creative combination of wine and design added an unique element to your regular fashion show.
