With a seating capacity of 100, the main level has cream walls, a polished neutral granite floor, a seven-seat black and gray granite bar, and a natural stone fireplace. Amenities include a powerful audiovisual system, a 10-foot retractable video screen with overhead projector, computer hookups, karaoke, and a DJ booth. Three sets of glass doors open onto the terraces and lawns, which can be tented.
A flight of wood stairs leads up to the loft, which has wood floors and walls. The lower level includes a catering area with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, commercial ice machine, and dumbwaiter access to upper levels. Total capacity for indoor receptions is 180.
Come June, the estate’s 14,000-square-foot red-brick mansion, located just steps away from the barn, will also be available for events. The six-bedroom, nine bath venue will provide additional meeting space and overnight accommodations.
