The lobby consists of a 450-square-foot room with white walls, a dark gray polished cement floor, and three floor-to-ceiling pivoting glass doors that open onto the street. Hallways on each side of the lobby lead to two bathrooms and a smaller space suitable for a registration area or bar.
The upper level gallery, with reception space for 100 guests, has exposed brick walls, stained high-gloss oak floors, and chrome and glass details. Audiovisual components include a 50-inch flat-screen TV, sound system, and adjustable recessed and track halogen lights. A pair of salvaged garage doors reveal a sleek white and stainless steel kitchen. Off the kitchen, the owners are constructing a 2,000-square-foot roof deck and garden with a reveal slated for July.
