This fall, Love Catering celebrated its second anniversary as the in-house caterer for Milk Studios Los Angeles. Both Showtime’s Dexter season premiere party and BET’s V.I.P. preparty, were held at Milk and catered by Love. Among the celebrity guests’ favorite attractions at the Dexter event were the Ice Truck Killer Seafood Station and the Bay Harbor Butcher and Beer Bar, while guests at the BET event enjoyed bahn mi lettuce cup appetizers and a plated dinner that started with lobster salad topped with chilled corn soup which was poured table-side for each guest.
Love Catering is passionate about the use of local products and sustainability. They use organic ingredients whenever possible and maintain a near zero-waste kitchen. Available to cater any type of event from corporate to social, Love Catering will work with planners to create seasonal menus that are visually and gastronomically inspiring.
