This past weekend, from September 24 to 26, St. Germain liqueur and delivery service Minibar were pedaling happy hour deals—literally.

Through the Minibar website or app, companies and residents in Manhattan and Brooklyn could request their very own “biketenders”—local mixologists who peddled to offices and homes on custom-built, vintage-style bicycles to prepare carafes of the brand's signature cocktails for $33. The traveling bartenders brought along supplies, including a carafe, the liqueur, Martini & Rossi prosecco, club soda, lemons, and ice.

Debuting in Seattle over the summer via Uber, the experience was inspired by the brand's “Vive the Daylife” philosophy and tri-porteur bicycles, which are still used to transport the freshly picked elderflowers that create the French liqueur.
