Sweet Endeavours, a Schaumburg-based gourmet chocolatier, now offers truffle-making classes for corporate groups of four to 20 people. The workshops can take place in the kitchen at the company's shop or off-site in venues in the city or suburbs. Each workshop lasts roughly two hours, and participants learn how to create two different truffle flavors from options that include Tahitian vanilla, passion fruit, and hazelnut gianduja. Hands-on classes at Sweet Endeavours run $50 per guest, demonstration-only sessions cost $40 per person, off-site workshops start at $65 a head. Additional fees apply to locations outside a 20-mile radius from Schaumburg.
