The Bristol opened in September, bringing Bucktown a laid-back restaurant with a second level devoted to private events. The upstairs area, which features a private bar, its own bathroom, and a customizable chalkboard wall, can seat 75 and host approximately 100 for cocktails.
Banquet packages include priced-per-dozen passed appetizers, where options range from pork belly skewers to mini buttermilk biscuits with country ham and jam. Family-style platters are also available, like saucsisson brioche, rib tips with homemade barbeque sauce, and steamed mussels with orange, Italian bacon, and white ale.
The venue is available for full buyouts, and can hold 200.
