Having just undergone a $60 million renovation, the Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach reopened on March 5. Improvements include a tranquility pool equipped with fountains and mosaic tiles, as well as the restaurant Angle, which has an onyx table for 12 guests and an interactive 840-bottle wine wall. The hotel also features a 9,680-square-foot ballroom and 11 meeting rooms, and the chain recently launched its new Web site.
