Studio Instrument Rentals Inc., a music equipment rental company, opened its four-acre North Miami property to private events in late August. With the exception of its storage warehouse, the company’s rehearsal studio, lounge, and outdoor lawns are available for buyout.
The 2,400-square-foot rehearsal studio can seat 60 or hold 100 for receptions. The all-black space has a built-in truss lighting system and a separate entrance from the main building.
Adjacent to the studio, an 800-square-foot lounge can be used for presentations for about 40 or as prefunction space for events held in the studio.
The nearly 17,000-square-foot back lawn can be used as catering prep and production space or can accommodate guest overflow from the studio by lifting its rolling door. Additionally, there is a front lawn that can hold several hundred.
SIR works with a list of preferred vendors but also welcomes outside vendors.
