South Florida-based Ronen Rental introduced its new wood pallet lounge ($950) as a seating area option. The hand-crafted structure, which measures 96 by 96 inches, includes 12 seating cushions and eight accent pillows (room for 15 guests). The elevated portion, which measures 48 by 48 inches, can display plants, branded products, or other decor elements. The item is available for rent in South Florida.

STK Miami recently introduced a new catering concept for upscale foodies called STK OUT. For small, intimate dinner gatherings or large-scale receptions, the takeout option accommodates special requests, such as vegetarian and kosher. Menu items include the signature lil’ BRGs, tuna tartare, and, for dessert, the churro milkshake.

Starr Events is now showcasing its Edible Flower Wall concept, an artistic food installation built by event production company Distinctive Details and curated by Aaron Janus, Starr Events' executive chef of events in Miami. The interactive experience features skewers made of beet, feta, sweet potato, apricot, celery root, and fig. The wall measures 12 by 8 feet and costs $2,000 to rent; it is available in Miami.

The latest event production technique from Miami-based full-service catering and production company Le Basque is the Black Box Effect. With the help of backgrounds in dark gray, midnight blue, black, or chocolate hues, a venue's surroundings appear to disappear. The effect helps to highlight the focal point of an event, such as a table, installation, or floral or ornamental decor.
