Here’s a closer look at Miami/South Florida's newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces available for events this summer. The new and renovated Miami/South Florida venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.
Palm House

In late November 2024, Palm House opened the arched doors to a laid-back, coral-hued haven from L+R Hotels boasting 58 rooms and 21 suites laced with Mediterranean Revival style. Cooper Carry architectural firm was at the helm, breathing Palm Beach chic into the Addison Mizner-inspired reimagination. Seashell installations, Murano-glass chandeliers, and pink marble complement Palm Bar, which is stationed in the lobby, just outside the oak- and turquoise-accented indoor-outdoor, 88-seat dining room, which offers breakfast and a flavorful menu of Nobu-style Japanese and Peruvian fusion delicacies for lunch and dinner.
The serene Sunset Pool Deck is the alfresco focal point with butler and food and beverage service, and sits adjacent to 4,428 square feet of dedicated meeting and event space, nearest to 694-square-foot Garden Terrace with a dedicated bar that can host intimate ceremonies and cocktail parties. The Ballroom (3,082 square feet with capacity for 175 reception style) is suitable for weddings, conferences, and galas, and the Atrium (652 square feet with capacity for 120 banquet style) is stationed outside the ballroom and can host prefunction gatherings, corporate dinners, baby showers, and client meetings. Four hand-blown coral-and-white Murano-glass chandeliers and wall sconces, seaspray-patterned carpet, floor-to-ceiling arched mirrors, and dramatic windows lend a light and airy atmosphere. Depending on availability, the grandiose, two-story presidential suite can cater to board meetings or intimate gatherings. Meeting and event space semiprivate and full buyouts, as well as full hotel buyouts, are custom quoted.
