La Tavola Linen Opens First L.A. Showroom

La Tavola Linen, which has showrooms in Napa and San Francisco, will open its first Southern California location today. Located in Beverly Hills, the showroom carries eight linen lines and offers more than 600 selections ranging from designer syles to eco-friendly fabrics made out of recyclable hemp. The showroom also holds a large selection of coordinating pieces, like napkins and seat cushions. Planners may stop by the showroom Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., without an appointment, and are free to experiment with tabletop design on the space's marble tables. La Tavola can also send out sample swatches of fabrics on request, and offers delivery services.

David Stark also created unique centerpieces for the 2018 Robin Hood benefit, also held at the Javits Center. The event, which had a “Lights of New York” theme, featured three-sided mini marquee centerpieces that offered messages of gratitude and celebrated the organization's anniversary.
