The rosé-inspired, invite-only dinner series from former Style.com and Vogue party reporter Kristin Tice Studeman ran July 7 to 28 at the Surf Lodge in Montauk, New York. For the final dinner, the Popup Florist strung individual flowers in vibrant shades above the table.

“We focused on a few gorgeous pieces that were lightweight melamine and not the glass or ceramic I would opt for under normal circumstances,” Cowie said. Q Squared provided the white ruffle tableware and Lenox provided the organically-inspired flatware.

Moe’s Southwest Grill’s 'Tour de Burrito'

Fast-casual Mexican chain Moe’s Southwest Grill launched its traveling “Tour de Burrito” on November 2. The tour, which is produced by Roots3 Productions, features a branded truck with a wooden table, wood floors, and large windows to create a casual, chic dining space. Six of the hottest peppers in the world are on display—and available to sample—in glass jars down the middle of the table.

Public Art Fund’s Spring Benefit

The Public Art Fund hosted its spring benefit in April at Metropolitan West in New York, honoring the artist and human rights activist Ai Weiwei. The ribbon-adorned space, which was created by 360 Design Events, included table settings with clock face placements designed by Los Angeles-based artist Amanda Ross-Ho.

The Alzheimer’s Association celebrated its 31st annual Chicago Rita Hayworth Gala in May at the Hilton Chicago, featuring the theme of “Pure Imagination” as a nod to the late Gene Wilder who died of complications surrounding Alzheimer’s. The event’s whimsical Willy Wonka decor by Kehoe Designs included colorful centerpieces with candy. The gala raised $1.1 million.
