A ballroom in the Oregon Convention Center was transformed into a park-like atmosphere. At the entrance to the event, an on-theme “bulletin” detailed Comcast’s achievements and philanthropic initiatives from the past year. It was surrounded by rocks, branches, and pine trees.

The event was designed to feel like a trip up a mountain, with different areas that evoked a colder vibe as guests ventured further into the event. First up was the Base Camp area, which had food stations and various rustic seating areas surrounded by more pine trees.
