The Los Angeles chapter of the International Special Events Society held its installation and awards celebration at the Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard on Tuesday. The group installed its 2010-2011 board of directors, announced the L.A. SEA award winners, presented the annual chapter awards, and recognized the Marty McGowan Scholarship recipients.
