Here’s a look at 10 steal-worthy ideas we spotted this week, including the decor at ESPY Awards pre- and after-parties, Jose Cuervo's Bucking Lime Wedge in Chicago, Project Runway's 20-foot-long interactive digital runway in New York, a 900-foot-long zip line at the Calgary Stampede, and a celebration of Bastille Day in Washington.
ESPN ESPY Awards After-Party

Unlike last year’s outing, which took over the multilevel indoor-outdoor setting of the Palladium, the after-party for ESPN’s ESPY Awards on July 11 was held inside the JW Marriott L.A. Live. To make it feel less like a ballroom, Precision Event Group incorporated videos and still imagery into the design, created a trilevel structure for the bar, installed patterned fabrics on the walls, and placed modern furnishings throughout.
