League of Rock Brings Music to Teambuilding

Planners looking for an innovative teambuilding program for 20 to 400 employees can try the League of Rock. The company provides intensive musical workshops led by professional musicians and lasting one to five days. Participants form into groups, and each group writes lyrics, creates rhythms, and performs as a band with real musical instruments. According to founder Terry Moshenberg, musical ability is not a pre-requisite. “Even those who can’t play an instrument find a position,” he says.
