Also offered at One King West are 13 other function spaces, ranging from the intimate to the opulent, including the 3,500-square-foot ornate Grand Banking Hall, which has 35-foot coffered ceilings, cathedral windows, and Corinthian columns. The 1,065-square-foot Chairman’s Boardroom features dark, oak-paneled walls and a marble fireplace. In total, the property offers some 14,000 square feet of event space, enough to accommodate as many as 500 guests.
In addition to its business function offerings, One King West is also a mixed-use hotel with high-end residences, as well as hotel suites with king-size beds, 24-hour security, en suite washers and dryers, and kitchenettes. The in-house restaurant, Bistro on King, offers internationally inspired cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with sandwiches, pasta, and selections from the grill.
One King West offers themed or personalized chef-created catering menus for use at events in any of its meeting and function spaces.
