Weber Shandwick Worldwide has promoted Kerry Harris to the position of president of the company's Canadian division. Harris, who joined the the firm in May 2006 as executive vice president, will oversee the PR firm's offices in Toronto, Calgary, Ottawa, and Vancouver. “We are thrilled to have Kerry Harris head up our offices in Canada,” said Cathy Calhoun, co-president of the company's Global Consumer Marketing group.
