In October, BelleVarado Studios opened the Havana-inspired Stage 22 adjacent to its loft-style Studio 12. The 6,000-square-foot Stage 22 has hand-painted textured walls, wrought-iron and dark wood accents, and rustic, earthy hues throughout. A balcony overlooks the main area, and there's a shaded outdoor patio, a fully equipped kitchen, a private room with a wardrobe and shower, and ample parking.With all the technological bells and whistles, the stage is appropriate for intimate concerts. (Alicia Keys is set to play a Sony and RCA party there next year.) The stage holds 400 for receptions or 150 for seated events, or it can be combined with Studio 12 to hold 800.
