On September 1, the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago unveiled 53 spa guestrooms that adjoin the property's Spa at Trump. The specially designed rooms, which range in size from 600 to 900 square feet, are located on the hotel's 14th floor and are connected to the spa by a private staircase so that guests don't have to use the main hotel elevator. The guest rooms offer city and riverfront views, light oak furnishings, earth tones, fresh flowers, candles, and a music library.
Several spa treatments, including massages, manicures, pedicures, and customized baths, are available in-room. The accommodations also include a gift collection (essential oils, body butter, bath salts, and facial mask), a warming caddy for heated neck and eye pillows, and a mini-bar stocked with options such as dried fruit, dark chocolate, teas, and organic wine and champagne. Special TV channels feature yoga and Pilates sessions, and in-room personal training and nutrition sessions can be arranged. Guests also have access to the Trump Health Club during their stay; it features cardio and weight rooms, steam rooms, sauna facilities, and a heated indoor pool.
A couples spa suite offers a guest room connected to a treatment area offering two massage tables and two deep-soaking infinity tubs. Customized packages include comprehensive treatments for one- to five-night stays. All packages include customized itineraries for each guest, a list of suggested activities (a guided run along Lake Michigan, a healthy-cooking class with Trump executive chef Frank Brunacci), and use of the spa's relaxation lounges.
The 23,000-square-foot Spa at Trump offers 11 treatment rooms, Vichy showers, and hydrotherapy tubs. Spa attachés are assigned to each guest to guide them through their services, as well as attend to errands while they are otherwise indisposed. The spa also features private event space for as many as 25 guests and a special spa cuisine menu.
