At our annual BizBash Expo & Awards at the Merchandise Mart on Thursday, nearly 100 vendors showcased their latest offerings. Here's a look at five innovative products and ideas from the trade show floor.

Jewell Events Catering showcased its new Anti-Griddle, which allows chefs to prepare frozen lollipops in flavors such as apricot-almond. The portable grill can travel to offices or event spaces.

Phil Stefani Signature Events showcased an easily transportable new snack: peaches and cream push-up pops topped with Pop Rocks candy. The treats, which have a mousse-like consistency, were served in flower-filled trays from Philip's.

To play off of the "Your event canvas is always changing" tagline of the expo, Heffernan Morgan erected a canvas wall near the entrance that attendees and exhibitors could sign using fabric markers.
