Last month, the Palms Hotel in Miami Beach introduced four fun and rejuvenating breakout and post-meeting activities meant to revitalize and educate participants, so they could become better employees. Choose a 30-minute aromatherapy session and lesson in mixing therapeutic oils, a 30-minute yoga lesson, a build-your-own-company-drink happy hour that includes a cocktail mixology lesson, or a teambuilding cook-off that includes four live-cooking stations for participants to whip up a meal to enjoy poolside, once it's over.
